Group Fitness Workshops incorporate 8 classes over the course of 4 weeks that focus on a specific topic in the fitness & exercise world. Class sizes are small as to provide a safe, clean, and individualized approach to fitness catered to you. All workshop classes and resources will be available online permanently to practice and review until perfected!

Please note, our classes are not for individuals looking to "throw-up" or are okay with injury. Classes are designed for education and application of proper bio-mechanics, fitness principles, body weight strengthening, self-massage, stretching & mobility. We do NOT offer HIIT or Bootcamp style classes as to maintain true to our philosophy.
