All classes are currently hosted in the Brain Meets Brawn parking lot and walkway. Additional parking is available in the adjacent lot directly north. Please bring your own yoga mat for comfort! If you have any issues please contact 586-808-8282.
Group fitness classes at Brain Meets Brawn follows closely with personal training services to provide an affordable, direct carryover for practicing technique while receiving a great workout. Sign-up for personal training services and gain access to discounts towards group fitness classes. Or feel free to sign-up for classes only but still receive the same great perks!

Classes are designed for education and application of proper bio-mechanics, fitness principles, body weight strengthening, self-massage, stretching & mobility.
