Welcome to the first episode of a three-part series on learning how to squat.

In this episode we will be reviewing proper biomechanics at the following joints:

  • Ankle

  • Knee

  • Hip, Pelvis, & Lumbar Spine

  • Shoulder & Scapulae

  • Elbow

  • Wrist

At the end of the video we will apply these concepts to stabilizing a barbell on the back to progressively increase resistance with the back squat.
