PURCHASING & BOOKING

OVERVIEW & STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

CREATE A USER LOGIN

  1. Begin with the "Plans & Pricing" tab on the drop down menu under "Book Online." You may also CONTACT US HERE at anytime. CLICK HERE for more details.
     

  2. Choose the plan that works best for you! We recommend starting with the New Client Special. You can choose between 60 or 30 minutes and will receive 4 personal training sessions and 1 recovery session. CLICK HERE for more details.
     

  3. Once you select a plan proceed to the "Client Portal" and create a login. Following creation of a login you will receive a welcome email containing a client intake form, waivers, and instructions for downloading the WIX booking app. PLEASE NOTE: CHECK YOUR JUNK FOLDER FOR THE EMAIL! All documents are electronic and can be completed via a desktop or mobile phone. CLICK HERE to get started.
     

  4. Please CONTACT US HERE or call 586-808-8282 to let us know what service and plan you are interested in. We will apply it to your account and you will be all set to book your first session! Note: Payment will be due at the first session. Proceed below to learn how to book on the desktop and mobile app.

BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION

DESKTOP WEBSITE BOOKING

  1. Proceed to "Book Online" to begin booking your membership or package. CLICK HERE to book now.
     

  2. Select the appropriate service and session length that reflects the membership or package purchased.
     

  3. Once on the scheduling page you can select a day and time. Proceed to the next page to login.
     

  4. You may already be logged in and will just need to confirm the booked session. You can also confirm the number of sessions remaining in the box to the right of the calendar. Click "Next" at the bottom followed by "Book It."
     

  5. You will be redirected to a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a prompt to add the appointment to your Google Calendar.

BOOK YOUR FIRST SESSION

MOBILE APP BOOKING

  1. Under the "Member View" tab click on "Services."
     

  2. Select the appropriate service and session length that reflects the membership or package purchased.
     

  3. Once on the scheduling page you can select a day and time and proceed to the next page.
     

  4. Here you can choose to select your applied pricing plan and confirm the booking.
     

  5. You will be redirected to a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a prompt to add the appointment to your Google Calendar.
