At Brain Meets Brawn, mobility exercises are a cornerstone to every session and program. The goal is to give every muscle and joint a chance to succeed and that can only be achieved through a consistent and purposeful mobility program.

But what exactly is mobility?

For this program, mobility is defined as actively moving through an efficient range of motion under tension. Mobility helps prepare and educate the body on what to do when it encounters tension during an exercise.
